These terms govern your use of the Montagu Stays website and enquiry forms (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides general information about our serviced properties. It does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance. Nothing on the Site guarantees that any property will be available on specific dates or at a particular price until confirmed in direct communication with us.
Enquiries only
The Site is enquiry-led. Submitting an enquiry does not create a reservation or contract for accommodation. A binding agreement for a stay, if offered, will be formed only through separate correspondence or documentation we agree with you, including any payment or house rules we provide at that stage.
We may decline enquiries at our discretion, including for availability, suitability, or operational reasons.
Accurate information
You agree to provide accurate contact details and enquiry information so we can respond fairly. You must be at least 18 years old to submit an enquiry relating to a stay on behalf of yourself or your party.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Site unlawfully or in a way that could harm, disable, or overload our systems, or attempt unauthorised access to our networks or data. You must not scrape, harvest, or misuse content or branding for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Guest conduct and property use
Our homes are intended for quiet, respectful use. Where you proceed to a confirmed stay, you agree to follow any property rules and directions we provide, respect neighbours and furnishings, and comply with maximum occupancy and any restrictions on events, smoking, or pets unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Additional terms (including deposits, cancellation, and security arrangements) will apply to a confirmed stay as set out in your booking correspondence or agreement, not on this page.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site (including text, images, logos, layout, and design) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or modify it except as allowed by law or with our permission.
Liability
The Site is provided on an "as is" basis for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its contents.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Any stay will be subject to separate terms limiting or defining liability where the law allows.
